Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge Box Office Day 26: Ranveer Singh’s Film Slows Down But Holds Strong Past ₹1,000 Crore

Even after nearly a month in theatres, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues to draw audiences, though the pace at the box office has begun to slow. On Day 26, the action thriller starring Ranveer Singh earned around ₹1.93 crore from 6,017 shows across India.
According to early estimates, the film’s total India net collection has now reached about ₹1,085.60 crore, while the worldwide gross stands at roughly ₹1,299.76 crore.
Weekday numbers have naturally dipped, with overall occupancy on Day 26 hovering around 11%. Morning shows recorded about 10% occupancy, while afternoon shows saw a slight improvement to around 14%.
Among major cities, Chennai surprisingly reported the highest occupancy at 36.5%, despite having fewer shows. Bengaluru and Jaipur followed with around 14.5%, while Lucknow registered close to 13%. On the lower side, Surat saw just 4.5% occupancy, Ahmedabad around 6.5%, and Kolkata roughly 7%.
The film had an explosive start when it released. It opened with ₹43 crore in previews (Day 0) and surged to ₹102.55 crore on Day 1. The biggest single-day collection came on Day 4 (Sunday) with an impressive ₹114.85 crore.
Its first week alone delivered a massive ₹674.17 crore, followed by ₹263.65 crore in Week 2. Collections slowed in Week 3 with ₹110.60 crore, which is typical for big releases after the initial surge.
Over the past few days, the film saw the usual weekend boost before the weekday dip. Day 23 collected ₹7 crore, Day 24 jumped to ₹13.50 crore, and Day 25 brought in ₹14.75 crore thanks to the weekend crowd. Day 26, however, dropped again as weekday footfall declined.
Despite the slowdown, the film’s performance in its fourth week remains impressive for a big-budget release.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy-action thriller features a strong ensemble cast including R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt. The story follows an undercover agent navigating dangerous missions connected to the aftermath of the 26/11 attacks.
The film has already created a major milestone by becoming the fastest Hindi film to cross ₹1,000 crore net in just 24 days, beating previous blockbusters like Pushpa 2: The Rule, Stree 2, and Chhava.
Box Office Breakdown:
- Week 1: ₹674.17 crore
- Week 2: ₹263.65 crore
- Week 3: ₹110.60 crore
Even with the recent dip, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues its remarkable run, proving that audiences are still showing up for the high-octane spy thriller.
