Delhi CEO Booked After Intern Alleges Months of Sexual Harassment at Workplace

A CEO of a Delhi-based digital marketing company has been booked after a 20-year-old former intern accused him of sexually harassing her over several months. Delhi Police has registered a case and started an investigation.
According to the complaint, the woman joined the company as a social media intern through a university placement program in November 2025. She alleged that soon after joining, the CEO began behaving inappropriately by calling her late at night, making remarks about her appearance, and repeatedly summoning her to his cabin.
The intern also claimed that on multiple occasions he touched her without consent, including hugging and kissing her. When she objected, he allegedly apologised but described such behaviour as part of “corporate Delhi culture.” She further alleged he threatened to damage her career if she spoke out.
Later, when she informed HR that she wanted to leave the internship, she was allegedly asked to exit early and did not receive her completion certificate.
Police said an FIR has been filed under multiple sections related to sexual harassment, intimidation and insulting the modesty of a woman. The investigation is currently underway.
