Russian Woman Arrested Over Bombing That Killed Ukrainian Naval Defector in Crimea: Reports
Crimea: A deadly explosion in Russian-occupied Crimea has led to the arrest of a Russian woman accused of planting an explosive device that killed former Ukrainian naval officer Robert Shageev, according to reports.
