CJP Plans Delhi Police Station Visit, Seeks Action Over Alleged Jantar Mantar Assault
New Delhi, September 4, 2026: The political group Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) is set to approach the Parliament Street Police Station in Delhi on Friday, seeking further action in connection with an alleged assault on Sanjay Kumar, the father of CJP activist Nishu Azad.
CJP spokesperson Saurav Das said he, along with other members of the organisation, would reach the police station at around 10 am. The group has also appealed to supporters and members of the public to join the protest and demand what it describes as justice for Kumar.
