Rishi Parti Buys Rs 190 Crore Penthouse in Gurugram, Setting New Luxury Real Estate Record

In a landmark deal, Rishi Parti, founder and Managing Director of Info-x Software Tech Pvt Ltd, has purchased a luxury penthouse in Gurugram’s prestigious DLF Camellias for a staggering Rs 190 crore, marking India’s most expensive high-rise property transaction to date.
Spanning 16,290 square feet on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road—often referred to as “North India’s Billionaires’ Row”—the penthouse fetched Rs 1.8 lakh per square foot on the carpet area and Rs 1.2 lakh per square foot on the super area, surpassing even Mumbai’s luxury real estate benchmarks.
Registered on December 2, the deal saw Rs 13 crore paid in stamp duty. Parti, 47, is a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor who co-founded Info-x Software Technology in 2001. The company, specializing in logistics software solutions, has a global presence with operations in 15 countries and employs over 150 people.
This historic purchase underscores the rising demand for ultra-luxury properties in Gurugram, solidifying its status as a prime destination for elite living. Often compared to Mumbai’s Altamount Road and Delhi’s Lutyens’ Zone, Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road is emerging as a hub for India’s wealthiest, attracting high-profile buyers with world-class developments like DLF Camellias.
The deal not only reflects Rishi Parti’s entrepreneurial success but also highlights Gurugram’s growing influence in India’s luxury real estate market, redefining standards for opulent living and elite investments.
