PM Modi Proposes 11 Resolutions in Lok Sabha to Achieve a ‘Developed India’ by 2047

In a powerful address marking 75 years of the adoption of the Constitution, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid out a vision for India’s future, proposing 11 key resolutions that aim to transform the nation into a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India) by 2047. Addressing the Lok Sabha, PM Modi emphasized the importance of fulfilling both rights and duties, fostering inclusive development, and freeing the nation from corruption and nepotism.

During his nearly two-hour speech, the Prime Minister reflected on his government’s achievements, lauded citizens for upholding Constitutional values, and criticized the Nehru-Gandhi family for allegedly undermining the Constitution over the years. He expressed confidence that India’s collective resolve would pave the way for progress.

“I have immense faith in the capabilities of my fellow citizens, our youth, and Nari Shakti (women power). Let’s resolve that when India celebrates 100 years of independence in 2047, the world will celebrate us as a developed nation,” PM Modi declared.

The 11 resolutions proposed by the Prime Minister are:

  1. Citizens and the government alike must fulfill their duties for the nation’s progress.
  2. Inclusive development should reach every region and community under ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ (Collective Efforts, Inclusive Growth).
  3. India must adopt zero tolerance for corruption and shun social acceptance of corrupt individuals.
  4. Citizens must take pride in following the country’s laws, rules, and traditions.
  5. India should break free from any lingering mentality of slavery and embrace pride in its cultural heritage.
  6. Politics must be freed from nepotism to ensure fairness and meritocracy.
  7. The Constitution must be respected and not used as a tool for political gain. Reservation rights should be safeguarded, and attempts to provide reservation based on religion must be stopped.
  8. India should lead the world in women-led development, empowering Nari Shakti.
  9. Development of states must drive national progress under the mantra of ‘Nation’s Development through States’ Development’.
  10. Strengthening ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ (One India, an Excelling India) should remain a top priority.
  11. Citizens should foster pride in India’s heritage while shaping a progressive and confident future.

PM Modi reiterated that achieving a developed India is not just a government goal but a collective dream of 140 crore Indians, achievable through determination, discipline, and unity. His speech sought to inspire a sense of duty and pride among citizens while laying the groundwork for a brighter, more equitable future.
