“Biker Begs for Mercy After Drunk Men Assault and Damage Expensive Bikes in Gurugram”

A peaceful breakfast ride for a group of bikers took a violent turn in Gurugram when they were attacked by a group of allegedly drunk men. The disturbing incident, which was caught on video by one of the bikers, has since gone viral on social media, sparking calls for immediate action against the attackers.
The altercation began when the bikers were on their way from Ambience Mall to Panchgaon in Manesar. As they were traveling along the Dwarka Expressway, a black Scorpio SUV tried to cut them off, swerving dangerously. After pulling over to let the vehicle pass, the bikers were shocked when the SUV suddenly stopped in front of them, and the men inside, holding glasses of alcohol, got out and started harassing one of the riders.
What followed was an assault on the bikers, with the men hitting them and damaging their bikes, which are valued between Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. The situation quickly escalated, with one of the bikers, Hardik Sharma, being assaulted while pleading for mercy. “Bhaiya, sorry. Sorry bhaiya. Bhaiya, bhaiya, bhaiya, please,” he can be heard saying, with his hands folded, as one of the attackers thumps his chest. Another assailant grabbed his helmet and shook it violently before a third man smacked him.
In a chilling revelation, Hardik Sharma told NDTV that he was struck with an iron bat and threatened with a knife during the attack. “They also told me they would shoot me if I filmed them,” he said. Despite suffering serious injuries, he managed to survive the assault thanks to his helmet.
The assault took place after the bikers had stopped to let the SUV pass, only for the men to get out and start hitting one of Hardik’s friends. As the bikers tried to intervene, the attackers turned on their bikes, damaging them severely. Realizing the danger, some of the riders fled to protect their expensive motorcycles.
In the aftermath of the attack, Hardik expressed his frustration about the delay in filing a First Information Report (FIR), which he was forced to wait 12 hours to do. He also mentioned that he recognized the attackers even before the police, using AI tools to identify them. Despite this, no arrests have been made yet. However, the police confirmed that they have identified the suspects through CCTV footage and are actively working to arrest them.
The incident has ignited widespread outrage, with social media users calling for swift justice and stricter action against such brazen acts of violence.
